After earning her degree at Lincoln University, Ann became a registered nurse.

She married business mogul and billionaire Stan Kroenke in 1974. He made his fortune in real estate and on the Kroenke Sports and Entertainment. Through Stan, Ann acquired the ownership of NBA’s Denver Nuggets and NHL Colorado Avalanche. The couple has two children – Josh and Whitney Ann.
