DANCING WITH THE STARS IS DANCING WITH A NEW STAR

Erin Andrews and Tom Bergeron have been the hosts of Dancing with the Stars for the past 15 years. However, for the 29th season, they will no longer be on the stage with us. The producers have said that the change of hosts is a part of the evolution that the show needs. They said that just like any show, the difference would be needed eventually. As part of their investment planning scheme, they said the decision was intended to give the show a fresher feel to make its way to a new set of audience.

They chose Tyra Banks to be the next face of the new season – she’s also set to be the show’s executive producer. Despite their departure, Bergeron and Andrews never fail to mention how grateful they were for their experience on the show. With that said, it’s safe to say that Banks has big shoes to fill in for her turn as the show’s new host.
