Astrid Menks, Wife of Warren Buffett

Astrid Menks is the wife of billionaire Warren Buffett, whose current net worth is $85.6 billion. Believe it or not, Menks worked as a waitress when he first met her in the ’70s. The pair also has a huge age gap between them, measuring 16 years, but this did not stop them from being together, proving that love definitely conquers all. It wasn’t until his 76th birthday that Buffett married his long-time partner. The billionaire was formerly married, but his wife left him to pursue a career. The three remained good friends, even signing off Christmas cards to friends as Warren, Susie, and Astrid.

Menks is of Latvian-American descent and has become a philanthropist. We believe that Menks won’t need any personal loans given her husband’s wealth. At the age of 90, Buffett  is still active with his partnership with his businesses. He even put funding in some charities like the Melinda and Bill Organization and The Giving Pledge in 2009.
