Marilou York, Wife of Mark Hamill

Like many of the industry’s talented figures, Mark Hamill began his career at the bottom. An unknown actor at the time, Mark only landed minor roles for TV shows, a few of which are General Hospital, The Texas Wheelers, The Partridge Family, and The Bill Cosby Show. Despite the fact, he eventually reached higher degrees of fame thanks to his portrayal of Luke Skywalker in the now-iconic Star Wars franchise.

Before the first Star Wars movie premiered in theaters, Mark met his now-wife, Marilou York, a dental hygienist. In the earlier years of their relationship, the two would spend quality time at the theaters. With that said, it would come as no surprise to know that one of their dates took place at an early screening of A New Hope. Since then, they have been happily married for more than four decades and now have three kids.
