Micheline Roquebrune, Widow Of Sean Connery
Before becoming the iconic figure that he is today, Sean Connery first worked a variety of jobs, including as a laborer, a lifeguard, and an artist’s model. Soon after, he found his passion for the stage when he landed a spot in the production of South Pacific, an experience that welcomed him to more opportunities in the business. Since then, Connery has become well-known for his role as the suave 007 agent, James Bond, a character he flawlessly portrayed for seven films. Other notable movies the veteran actor has worked on include Finding Forrester, The Hunt for Red October, and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
In 1970, Sean Connery met his wife, Micheline Roquebrune, at a golf event and got married five years after. Although she mainly works as a painter, Micheline has taken credit for appearing in a few documentaries revolving around her husband and also did behind-the-scenes work on Connery’s final Bond movie, Never Say Never Again.
