SUSAN PATTERSON, WIFE OF JAMES PATTERSON

Susan Patterson said that she had always wanted to write kid’s books, so it’s a remarkable coincidence that she met and married the famous American author James Patterson. Before that, she was a professional alpine ski racer and even competed in the 1976 Winter Olympics with her younger brother. Now, Susan and James are happily married and live in Palm Beach, California, with their son, Jack.

Sue works with her husband in creating kid’s books. According to James, her intelligence and big heart are evident in their collaborations. Not only do they write books, but the Patterson family established many scholarship funds. She and James have a deep devotion to education to a certain degree, and they want to encourage other people to support education. Susan and James continue to help with their writing and books and strengthening their bond with the kids they inspire.
