Camila Alves and his husband Matthew McConaughey are some of the most-watched and beloved couples in Hollywood. Their story started when they met in 2006 in a club in Los Angeles, and they said it was love at first sight. Alves didn’t know who McConaughey was because his appearance at the time wasn’t the usual one he wore. Her future husband had grown a beard and covered his face with a rasta hat, so she didn’t realize who he was. After they were introduced to each other, the rest is history. They got married in a private ceremony in Austin, Texas in 2012.

The Brazilian model and designer officially became a U.S. citizen in 2015 and continues to succeed in being a model, host, and designer. Not only that, but she and her husband made an investment in the community by founding the Just Keep Livin’ Foundation in 2010. They continue to donate and help people through this foundation however they can.
