Meghan Markle, Wife of Prince Henry

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Rachel Meghan Markle is a former actress and a member of the British Royal family. Well known for her performance in the American legal drama TV series Suits as Rachel Zane. She started her acting career while getting a degree from Northwestern University. Markle isn’t only well known for her performances in the industry, but she also made headlines when she got engaged to Prince Harry in 2017.

The couple eventually tied the knot a year after becoming engaged in 2018. Upon their marriage, Markle became the Duchess of Sussex and had their first son in 2019, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor. They eventually decided that it was the right decision to step down as senior members of the royal family and move to Southern California. Markle and the Prince launched Archewell Inc. in late 2020, an American public organization that focuses on creative media ventures and non-profit activities.
