Lisa Rachel Newberger, Wife of Richard Perry

Not much is known about the wife of Richard Perry, an American hedge-fund manager, whose investments have reached wide and deep. Perry Capital LLC has held a controlling interest in Barneys New York since 2012. Newberger and Perry married in 1985 in Manhattan, and after some time, they decided to remodel a 17-room townhouse in New York City’s Sutton Place. Perry acquired the property for $10.9 million back in 2000.

The entire house reeks of Pop Art, which is also evident in the way Newberger styles herself. Perry acquired another property in May 2018 together with his beautiful wife. They realized that the house was not exactly their style so the couple decided to remodel it again. Judging by their past purchases, it looks like the couple’s hobby involves a very expensive property and an even more expensive remodeling project to suit their unique tastes when it comes to something as personal as their homes.
